Two things

1. I love living in a dorm. Seriously. Yesterday there was someone in our room from 8:30 until 3 AM. Some combination of Bridget, Gabe, Carolyn, Elizabeth. I love the aimless conversations that are completely and utterly distracting and can turn from philosophy to gossip in a second. So very little work got done yesterday, and none after 8:30, but that's alright. This is what college is about, isn't it?

2. For those of you who don't know, I called Dell Tuesday night to ask them YET AGAIN where the heck my computer was. Turns out they never got it (apparently people LIED to me when I called last week) - DHL sent it to the Dell headquarters instead of to the repair facility. So Dell's sending me a BRAND SPANKIN' NEW version of my old computer. Problem is, it's supposed to take 5 to 15 business days. So it will be here next Tuesday at the earliest, almost the end of February at the latest. (Winter quarter will be almost over by then, so let's hope for 5 days, huh? I'd like to register and all that on my OWN computer.) So the story will have a happy ending eventually, assuming they haven't lied to me again. And maybe once the library and Meredith's computers aren't my only sources of technology I'll be able to update a little more often.

Five and a half weeks left of Winter Quarter. So surreal, but I'm loving this twelve-classes-a-year business.
