Back
Back in Chicago. Had a fabulous break, but now it's back to hitting the books. And planning many amazing activities. I got back to the room around 3, and have spent the time since more or less socializing nonstop. These kiddos are amazing.
Spanish and Arthur Golden (eep) and Advertising tomorrow. I'm slightly nervous about this Arthur Golden fellow. I've never been taught by a real, published writer before. And Memoirs of a Geisha wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be. It kept me reading, which is something, but I wanted to cross out half the similes and metaphors. It got to be so much imagery that I had sensory overload.
School tomorrow. My sister is no longer visiting me in two weeks, because she might have had a million tests and she needs to keep that GPA of hers up. Sad face. We didn't get to have a really decent "Pride and Prejudice" marathon. I guess that will have to wait until my brief summer break. But since that might now involve a road trip to California to visit our favorite Sean, who knows how much time I'll have back home. We'll see.
Sigh. I guess I should unpack now. These crazy college kids (and "Clueless" in the lounge) are too distracting.
