Whew

1. My computer is alive again. Sure, most of it's been wiped - but I saved most of the things I cared about. And while I lost all the music files on my PC, I so have all of it on my iPod still. (Unfortunately, I can only create new playlists with this music on my iPod - can't burn new CDs or put it back on my computer, as far as I can tell. So yeah, no more mixes for kiddos from Meagan for awhile? Unless someone knows how to get music from the iPod onto my PC...and if you do, please tell me.)

2. My schedule for next quarter is all ready. Oh yeah. Was trying to get into Playwriting, but along with every other interesting writing class at this place, there's a fuckload of red tape to get into that. And you have to take it all year, which I'm not quite willing to do anyway. So here's what Fall 2005 has in store for me:

So it shouldn't be too bad. Of course, Newswriting is supposed to be hellish, and I also have to fit 10 hours at Spec in there somewhere. Good times.

3. "The O.C." SUCKED tonight. Gah. Season 3 needs to suck less - or at least have consistent characters/plotlines/something. The structure's just all off this year. I don't care how many Jess the Drug Ho's you throw in, but at least show some kind of story arc, people! God.

4. My sister is coming tomorrow. YAY! Of course, this means no work will get done on my paper this weekend. And I'm also not planning to go to work or Biblical Narrative on Monday, as she's not leaving until Monday night. But Spec and Professor Sommers will just have to DEAL. Because my sister is cooler than they are.
